The new General Permit has been issued and is effective as of September 9, 2003 and will expire September 9, 2008. The new General Permit provides coverage for Large Construction activities (activities that disturb five (5) or more acres of land) as well as the new Phase II requirements providing coverage for Small Construction activities (activities that disturb one (1) or more acres of land).
