Introduction to Saltwater Fly Fishing
USFWS Kettle Pond Visitor’s Center – Charlestown, RI

It’s your turn to try Saltwater Fly Fishing! From casting techniques and fly tying to fly fishing some of Charlestown’s premier fishing area, this all day workshop will teach you the basics of fly fishing. So, bring your chest waders and a bagged lunch and learn to fly fish. Families with children 10 and over are welcome Fee: $40.00/person. SPACE IS LIMITED AND REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! Fall Fly Tying 2009
North Kingstown Community Center – North Kingstown, RI

Fishing season doesn’t need to end with the warm weather…join your fellow angler for Fall Fly Tying 2009! Five Thursday classes are being held for beginning and intermediate fly tyers. All equipment and materials are provided to make both saltwater and freshwater flies. Come to one of the classes or all, it is up to you! Families with children over 10 are welcome! $6.00/class or $24.00 for all five for those that pre-register. SPACE IS LIMITED but Walk-Ins are welcome.
