Hiring an Accountant
If you cannot use a tax credit, then it has no value to your transaction. Understanding the eligibility for, value of and timing for tax credits and deductions and other cost components indirectly impact project costs. Prior to agreeing on acquisition price or evaluating cleanup costs, it may be well to consultant an accountant who can advise you correctly on the
many tax credits
that the site may qualify for and other cost issues.
