RI Direct Sale Dealer License Application
Pursuant to an emergency regulation filed April 17, 2020 (referenced below) all properly licensed RI resident commercial fishermen authorized to harvest and/or land finfish and/or crabs and/or lobsters in RI are eligible to apply for a Direct Sale Dealer License.  To apply, fill out this form in its entirety.  All fishermen who obtain this license must abide by all associated rules and regulations governing the direct sale of marine species https://rules.sos.ri.gov/regulations/part/250-90-00-15 as well as the Protocol and Guidance for Direct Sales of Marine Species in RI provided with each license and available here: http://dem.ri.gov/programs/bnatres/marine/pdf/direct-sales-guidance.pdf.
