1 Annual Fall Fly Tying 2014. For six consecutive Monday evenings, fly tying instructors from various fishing clubs across RI come together to teach how to tie both freshwater and saltwater flies. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate fly tyer, these evening classes are for you. All materials and supplies are provided. Families with children 10 and older are welcome. Walk-in or pre-register with a special rate! Fee is $5.00 per person per evening or pre-register for all classes at a special rate of $25.00.
