CRMC / RIDEM Wetland Jurisdiction Maps by Town

Wetland Jurisdiction maps illustrate the boundary established under Rhode Island General Law Chapter 46-23 that separates areas of DEM and CRMC freshwater wetlands authority. They are intended for use in conjunction with DEM and CRMC Regulations. These maps became effective on September 19th, 2001 and represent a revision of the jursidictional boundary in effect prior to that date.

The jurisdictional boundary is also available as a layer in the Geographic Data Viewer Environmental Resources mapping application.
