• Stakeholder group of municipal officials, non-governmental organizations, business community, RIDOA, RIDOH, RIDOT, and EPA

• Met 5 times from August 2000 - April 2001

Goals:

• Produce draft RIPDES Phase II Regulations

• Solicit comments and concerns from stakeholders

• Coordinate with other programs
