On December 6, 2004, the University of Rhode Island Transportation enter, the Rhode Island Public Works Association and the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management/Office of Water Resources held an informational workshop for operators of regulated small MS4s, on Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination. Information included in the Agenda was discussed at the workshop. During this workshop the Department distributed the following material: Draft Annual Report Template, Dry Weather Survey Forms, Field Survey Forms Instructions, Draft IDDE Ordinance, and EXCEL Tables for the submission to the Department of outfall location information.

RIPDES will be holding an annual Report Workshop on Thursday January 27, 2005 to assist regulated small MS4s in the submission of information required under the RIPDES General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Small MS4s.
