Closures
In accordance with the provisions of Title 20, Chapter 8.1 Of the General Laws of 1956, entitled "shellfish grounds", notice is hereby given that certain water areas in Rhode Island overlying shellfish grounds have been found to be in an unsatisfactory sanitary condition for the taking of shellfish for human consumption and are declared to be polluted areas. Persons taking shellfish from said waters will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned chapter.
