Status and Trends

DEM reports on the status and trends of freshwater wetland protection and regulation every other year. The reports summarize data on the extent of freshwater wetland, on regulatory reforms, permit and enforcement actions, wetland loss and gain, and other program development initiatives undertaken during the reporting period.
