FLOOD_RANK
A site's rank for the flood abatement function compares its final score to those of all other sites scoring at least 0.6. If final scores were the same for more than one site, the sites were than further ranked by acreage.

WATQUAL_SCORE
The final score reflects the capacity of a site, if restored, to perform a water quality improvement function and its acreage. Water quality improvement scores for potential restoration sites range from 0.60 to 2.20.
