The University of Rhode Island has announced their Fall 2009 Pesticide Safety and IPM Training schedule. All training classes will be held at URI's East Farm location, 2095 Kingstown Road, Building 75, Wakefield, RI. Prior to being licensed/certified, applicants are required to attend core training, which consists of two days with an exam at the conclusion of the second day. Pre-registration is required by mail.

If an applicators name is not listed, please contact Robin Mooney at (401) 222-2781 Ext. 4513. If your name is listed, and you have passed the test, please remember that you cannot begin applying pesticides without licensed supervision until you have received your actual certificate.
