Burlingame A Toilet - Rebuild Public Restroom Facility

Location: Burlingame State Park; Charlestown, RI

Contractor: A. Autiello Construction Co., Inc.

Construction/Renovation Cost: $148,000

Completion Date: March 2003

Project: Gut the entire interior of the building. Install new plumbing drain, waste and vent system, new concrete slabs sloped to drain, new plumbing fixtures including showers, and new toilet partitions. Add one new shower to the womens' side of the building. Provide universal access into the building by regrading the entrances and modifying the entrance screen wall to provide the proper wheelchair turning radius.
