Colt #1 Toilet - Rebuild Public Restroom Facility

Location: Colt State Park; Bristol, RI

Contractor: Seaview Construction

Construction/Renovation Cost: $140,357.00

Completion Date: June 2004

Project: Gut the entire interior of the building. Install new plumbing drain, waste and vent system, new concrete slabs sloped to drain, new plumbing fixtures including a new outside water fountain and new toilet partitions. Provide universal access into the building by modifying the entrance screen wall to provide the proper wheelchair turning radius.
