Through normal day-to-day activites, people can spread hazardous material from a spill site to just about anywhere they go. In this case a mercury spill occurred in a parking lot and tests showed that someone - most likely with their shoes - carried contaminants into this car. It will have to be wrapped in plastic for removal.
