The Working Group discussions of its schedule can be guided by the "Proposed Schedule", which includes in bold type the principal general topics proposed for discussion. The text of the "Proposed Schedule", for the most part, consists of the type of questions that should be addressed by the Working Group, DEM, Statewide Planning and RIRRC and are included here to help stimulate thinking about the problems to be addressed. The Working Group, will, by no means, be limited to these questions. The proposed Schedule is subject to revision by the Working Group.

It is suggested that the Working Group consider the establishment of sub-committees, being mindful of the limited amount of time available to get this job done.
