April 2-4, 2019

Mystic Marriott Hotel in Groton, Connecticut

Cl-I, II, III & IV CEU opportunities for a minimum of 3 CEUs each of the three days and a maximum of 9 CEUs for all three. CEUs have been assigned to specific presentations based on their applicability to work performed by RIDEM OWTS licensees. The attached agenda includes CEUs and applicable licenses specified for each presentation assigned CEUs.

Vendor training has been assigned ½ CEU for each one-hour session if the vendor holds a RI alternative technology approval. Click here for the List of Approved Technologies [dem.ri.gov].

Attendees must receive a stamp in and out of each presentation. The stamped attendance record will be submitted at the time of license renewal application as documentation of attendance.

**Cl-III is not in the list of applicable licenses because on July 15, 2019 Governor Raimondo signed House (H 5365) and Senate (S 398) bills amending Title 5 Businesses and Professions, Chapter 5-56.1 Designers of Individual Sewage Disposal Systems. This action exempts RI-Registered Professional Engineers (PEs) from Continuing Education. Class III Licenses were issued to RI-Registered PEs.
