A state interagency commission dedicated to the protection, management, restoration, and sustainable development of
Rhode Island's fresh and marine waters and watersheds.
No single state agency possesses the authority or capacity required to address fully the complex, inter locking issues pertaining to the protection, management, restoration, and sustainable development of Rhode Island's waters and watersheds.
